Hi, I’m Breona Mendoza
I believe that all people are inherently deserving of connection, liberation, and pleasure. This is made incredibly difficult by the systems that undermine our power, agency, and vibrance.

Honest. Real. In your corner.
My passion is helping my clients embrace their power, challenging them to take risks, and teaching them how to be more unapologetically themselves. Through a blend of compassionate understanding, refreshing honesty, playful challenging and collaborative problem solving, I help people establish the tools and self-compassion they need to change their lives and relationships.

I have worked in shelters, crisis lines, youth and family mental health agencies, LGBTQ domestic and sexual violence organizations, schools, and teen health centers for over 10 years. Through all my experience, I have learned to take an integrative approach to care that incorporates many different techniques and modalities to best meet the needs of the folks I am working with.
Experience
As a loud and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am dedicated to working with queer and trans folks of all ages to navigate the intersections of gender, oppression, trauma, intimacy, and sexuality. I also love supporting teens and young adults as they work to understand who they are and navigate the complex challenges and emotions of high school and young adulthood. Most of all, I strive to create an open space where people can be more of themselves. I am honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

A part of all proceeds from my business will go toward supporting organizations that are doing this larger systemic change work to address injustice, inequity, and harm in our world. Collective healing is the only way forward toward a better world for us all.
I encourage you to check out the organizations for yourself to see what they are up to.
